Returns Process

To initiate a return, please visit our Return Center. You'll need to provide:

• Your order number
• The email address used for purchase

Complete the online form and follow the instructions to process your return. Our Return Center allows you to purchase a return label, which will be emailed to you upon completion.

Return Conditions:

1. All items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
2. Products must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and free from any signs of use
3. All original Chenille tags must remain attached and intact
